Cooking
Wash and trim zucchini. If long, cut in thirds; if chunky, quarter lengthwise. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, dredge heavily with paprika and Parmesan, and dot with olive oil, if you like. Bake at 350° to 400° F. for 45 minutes to an hour - the longer you bake the zucchini without allowing it to burn, the better it will taste.
